Hot Mama!

Pregnancy can strike many different emotions in someone’s mind such as fear, happiness, excitement, and anxiousness just to name a few. Most women have a fear of getting big and being photographed during their time of pregnancy, which is completely understandable. Women do not feel like themselves when they’re pregnant, and one can sometimes look in the mirror and wonder who is staring back at them.

While I have never experienced pregnancy, my mom was pregnant with my youngest sister when I was old enough to remember most of what she went through. One of those things was a small wardrobe that was in rotation because it was all that fit her during the last few months of pregnancy. Getting dressed as a pregnant woman can be a challenge to say the least, but it is a beautiful time in a woman’s life. Here are my favorite celebrities who are pregnant or have recently been pregnant and how you can copy their looks!

Cute Maternity Wear Kristin Bell.jpg

A very prego Kristen Bell donned an adorable pair of overalls in the Samsung commercial. A pair of maternity overalls may be a girl’s best friend during a summer time pregnancy. H&M carries a pair of maternity overalls that are very affordable, you can get them here.

Another one of my favorite pregnant celebrities is Kristin Cavallari. I love this effortless flowy look that is functional and comfy when a woman is feeling anything but effortless and flowy. You can get a pair of white leggings from here, and a cute maternity chambray shirt that resembles the OC Alum's here.

Although my favorite pregnant Kristens of Hollywood are too adorable for words, no one is rocking the baby bump quite like Blake Lively. Don't get me wrong, Blake is a freak of nature. By not gaining an ounce anywhere but that bump, she makes women everywhere (pregnant or not) green with envy. While we aren't all blessed with whatever freakish DNA Blake was lucky enough to recieve, she's making great style choices during her 9th months with a bun in the oven. One thing Blake does is show off the bump in a gown by wearing close-fitting dresses, but on the street, she pairs pieces that are versatile whether pregnant or not.

An easy way to copy her look is to buy a black maternity shirt and/or dress and a couple of black pairs of maternity pants while pairing those items with a few different chunky sweaters, you get a look that isn't on a rotation that is warm, comfy, and fashionable.

To all of the hot mamas out there reading this, I hope you've found some maternity inspiration in this post. Don't hide that bump, rock it!

xx,

jordan
