Glamping

As summer draws to a close, fall trends and fashions are taking over pinterest, Starbucks, and candle stores everywhere. Although the temperature doesn't look like it will be cooling off anytime soon, it's apparent the world is feeling nostalgic for my favorite season, as am I.

However, fall fashion trends aren't the only thing that are making the mainstream's hot list. My new favorite activity of the fall is someting called "Glamping" (glam + camping = glamping).

Now, I've only been camping once or twice, and it's defintely an enjoyable experience. but glamping?? I'm there.

Glamping is basically upscale camping. Instead of sleeping in a cloth tent where you are at the mercy of the elements, you're sleeping in a cabin or a tent that his weather resistent. I've seen all different levels of "glamping", but my favorite has to be when the Housewives of New York City went glamping in Montana.

Here, you can see that this is an extremely upscale form of glamping that's really not camping at all, but a 5 star cabin with waiters and bartenders ready to serve you.

Glamping can be as glamorous or as low-key as you want. I hope this blog inspired you to try something new and to get out of your comfort zone and hopefully fall will be coming sooner rather than later!
